Primate Research Institute by Takumasa Yokoyama

チャンネル紹介

This channel features wild bonobos filmed in the Democratic Republic of the Congo by primatologist Takumasa Yokoyama.
All revenue generated from this channel is donated to bonobo research, primate studies, and wildlife conservation efforts.
I conduct long-term field research on wild bonobos at Wamba in the Luo Scientific Reserve, DRC.
Bonobos and chimpanzees are our closest living relatives.
Compared to chimpanzees, bonobos are often described as building more peaceful and tolerant societies.
