このチャンネルは、中華調理師一筋ウン十年、厚生労働省が認可する国家資格「中国料理専門調理師・調理技能士」を有する数名の職人が、料理系YouTuberとして様々な中国料理技法を用いて、美味しい中国料理の調理動画をわかりやすく、まかないガールズ達と楽しく、ちょっぴりキモく、アップロードさせていただきます。プロの方には技術向上に役立つはずですし、素人の方であれば、プロの技術を学べ、自分のクッキングライフをより良いものに出来ます。食べて美味しい中華料理は調理を見ていても楽しいものです。
今、調理師を志す若者が急激に減少する中、中国料理は更に人気の無いカテゴリーに属しているようです。 そんな人気のないこの業界の活性化に少しでもお役に立てないかな。という思いでこのチャンネルを立ち上げました。
