˗ˏˋ my profile ˎˊ˗

I used to be a shut-in, and I saw everything in a negative way.

But after putting effort into fitness, nutrition, and body transformation,
I've lost 20kg (like 44lbs)🌈

And what truly changed was not just my weight… it was my mindset.

Little by little, I became more positive.
Going outside, started to feel enjoyable again,
and I learned that it’s okay to love myself.

That’s why I share my journey on YouTube and social media
for people who may be struggling the way I once did.

I want to remind them that life can be more joyful,
and it’s okay to love yourself ☺️✨
